I don’t even know where to start describing my amazing experience with these courses. I only have wonderful things to say! From the customer service, which provides all the information you need in the kindest way, to the weekend Bartending course itself—everything was exceptional. Teacher Stuart is truly one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. He’s a master of his craft, and his teaching style is engaging, informative, and inspiring. Not only does he involve you fully in the class, but he also shares valuable tips, techniques, and feedback to help you excel in your professional career. In less than a month after completing the course, I was already bartending at private events. The knowledge I gained allowed me to confidently prepare essential cocktails and even create tailored drinks to meet clients’ needs. Even outside the classroom, Stuart has been incredibly supportive and always willing to lend a hand when needed. I took Bar&Barista courses and loved both! Stuart, the bar instructor is awesome guy, super fun, knowledgeable and always ready to help. He made every class exciting and taught us not just the skills, but how to add personality to our work. Sam, the barista instructor, is super cool and passionate about coffee and always encouraging. He shared unique insights and made sure we mastered every detail. Highly recommend these courses!

A fun course and the role play was great , something you don’t get doing it online . Love the humour of the instructors too!

Stuart taught a fantastic bartending class, gave me all the skills I needed to break into a totally new career direction. I went from 0 hospo/bar experience to getting my first bartending job after a few short weeks.

Darren was our trainer, great bloke. Good quick to the point course that’ll get you ready for hospitality work. I was hoping to meet and chat to people in the face to face version but there was only a very brief interaction period when we did the role play exercise.

When one door closed on my career in December 2021 I have never imagined that I will be given new opportunity with Complete Hospitality Training. Accommodation Association Team together with our training guru Carla have given me hope ,support and show there is light at the end of the very dark tunnel.Their welcoming attitude and informative way made the 5 days of training a breeze. I’ve completed a number of courses at CHT over the years and each time I go back I’ve had a great experience. It’s the perfect environment for developing new skills as it has a fully equipped bar, restaurant and coffee making studio. I enjoy learning about the different types of beers, wines and spirits and love making fancy cocktails and coffees. I highly recommend Complete Hospitality Training as it has great trainers and it offers the complete hospitality package.

I took the Barista Master Class and it was a really great experience for me. Sam was a proficient instructor and very patient with the learning process. The classes were also very entertaining and engaging. By the end of the course, I was surprised at myself having learnt everything better than I expected.

I did the online RSA course with CHT. My trainer was Will. This course was really enjoyable and the class was very relaxed. They provide great customer support and also received my RSA certificate within 3 business days. Extremely satisfied with this course and recommend to international students as well. Thanks Will.

The course was great! I had some idea of how to make a coffee (or so I thought) made very clear different types of coffees, regional variants a short history of the origin of coffee and what goes into a bean. Best type and time to use bean and some brief tasting notes, Importance of the grind size (super important) and how to read a coffee machine to identify why or what is going on or wrong with any coffee at any given time. I came from the course with a full confidence on making any coffee from start of day to proper cleaning procedures and upkeep of the machine at the end with improved knowledge of how to trouble shoot myself which I previously lacked. The teacher was nothing short of a master of his trade and had clearly been in the coffee game for many years. I Recommend this highly for beginners or skilled workers who are looking to refine their skills. Great day!

Ann-Marie was great very enthusiastic and seems to love what she does and has a passion for teaching others her knowledge. This course has taken my coffee making and coffee art to a whole new level.

I attended a class over the school holidays. I found the course fun, informative and a great overall experience. I learnt how to make numerous types of coffees such as lattes and cappuccinos. my instructor Ann-Marie was a great teacher, she allowed everyone to go at their on pace, payed attention to us and overall was a lovely person to spend a day with. I would recommend coffee school to anyone from beginners to experienced baristas.

My two teenage children attended training with Ann-marie and had a great day. They learned how to make cappuccinos, lattes, mochas and more! They were so enthusiastic about their new skills that we purchased a coffee machine and they have been practising at home.

The instructor was very kind and knowledgeable and spent time with me and other students every step of the way making sure we understood what we were doing it and why we were doing it. She helped us master each thing before we moved on to the next step.

I don't think the training was bad at all. The instructor was rough a couple of times with people that was slacking around. You won't find managers petting your back ;-)
