Course Details
A poor dining experience can negatively affect any hospitality venue. Consistently poor dining experiences can be disastrous. To avoid this, most hospitality venues have taken to only employing waiting staff with the relevant skills.
If you already have bartending and barista experience, supplementing them with waiting skills training can turn you into a highly desirable employee. Being able to work at multiple stations in a hospitality venue is valuable.
Our Sydney Waiting Skills course is ideal for anyone wanting to become a quality waiter, regardless of prior experience. Participants will receive practical exposure to service styles and other skills essential to delivering the best experience to diners.
