Please note the following terms and conditions which apply to your booking:
- Changes less than 48 hours notice incur a $70 rebooking fee either to be paid by the client or the agency if the booking is to be rescheduled.
- Cancellations or no shows do not obtain any refund.
- Course fees must be payed within 30 days of the course application by EFT, Cheque, or credit card via telephone.
- Students must attend the course on time. Should they be late or fail to attend a $70 rebooking fee will be incurred.
- All participants in SITHFAB204 Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee must have completed SITXOH002A or SITXFSA101 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety. If this has been completed with another RTO, we must be supplied a JP Certified copy prior to commencement of course. Should the participant fail to supply this they will not be able to participate and a rebooking fee will be applicable.
